Vancouver Island Public Interest Research Group (VIPIRG) allows Left Coast Events to use their computer and subsidizes the hours spent by VIPIRG staff and work study students developing the website and moderating the listserve. Thank you VIPIRG!

Tanille is the current moderator of LCE. Sometimes we don't get things just right and this may be because we are working on many projects with just a few hours set aside for the LCE each week.

We think the LCE is an important service to the community and hope to continue improving the site and list format over time. Please send us constructive feedback and recommendations.

We love it when people post using the online form! If you encounter any problems with the website, please submit the details of your event and the problem to our inbox onemoreforjustice (at) riseup (dot) net. Please do not send images or PDFs as these are not compatible with our webhost. If events are submitted to the inbox we cannot guarantee they will be included on the list due to formatting issues.

What do you like to do? Maybe you want to help moderate? Send an email to onemoreforjustice (at) riseup.net

A Note from [beloved] Janine Bandcroft

-- people are still asking me about the left coast list even though i gave it up several weeks ago. perhaps it wasn't made clear --- after six years, and suffering a shoulder injury, i decided it was time to quit compiling the left coast list each monday. thankfully, rebecca from vipirg contacted me and has evolved the list so there's now an online submission form. my shoulder is very grateful.

if you still receive the left coast from me, that's because i forward the list that rebecca compiles. i didn't think it'd be a popular move to hand over my address book, so rebecca creates the list and sends it to me and then i send it to you. i'm just the messenger ... if you have any questions or concerns, please contact rebecca at onemoreforjustice (at) riseup.net. thanks!
